LITTLE ONE

Petitom is a multidisciplinary visual artist based in Montreal, specializing in illustration and 2D animation.

A graphic design graduate from UQAM, he develops a universe that is minimalist, sensitive, and imbued with humor. From 2020 to 2024, Thomas Bertrand held the position of art director at LE CARTEL and created several iconic designs for the brand, including the HORS SÉRIES collection. His work has evolved from a colorful aesthetic toward a more refined approach, where the drawing and the message take center stage. The name "Petitom," inspired by the "man-cub" from The Jungle Book, reflects the simplicity and freedom that characterize his artistic process. His universe features animals and human characters that invite reflection while maintaining an accessible lightness. Through his work, Petitom seeks to make people smile, reflect, and take a more human look at the world around us.
