PREPARATION OF COMMANDS
Orders are prepared every working day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If you place your order on a Monday , it will be prepared and sent the next day, Tuesday . If you place your order on a Friday , it will be prepared and sent the following Monday .
DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS
All orders are sent with Canada Post . When you validate your order, the shipping tool automatically calculates shipping costs and offers you several delivery options depending on your destination (from the least expensive to the most expensive):
CANADA
Standard shipping: 2 days (Quebec) - within 9 days (other provinces)
Xpress Post: delivered the next day (Quebec) - within 2 days (other provinces)
Free option: direct collection from our store at 911 avenue du Mont-Royal Est.

UNITED STATES
Small Packet USA Air: 5 to 8 days
Trackable Package: 4 to 7 days, with tracking and insurance
Expedited parcel (up to 30 kilos): 4 to 7 days, with tracking and insurance

As soon as your package is sent, you will receive an email including your tracking number (if you chose the tracked option).
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept exchanges 30 days after purchase as long as the product has not been worn, washed, stained or damaged. You will be asked for proof of purchase. LE CARTEL reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the product is not compliant.
Products purchased during promotional events (workshop sales, clearance sales, sales) are not refundable. They are only exchangeable.
